Lowertown I love it here and I’m so pleased to be apart of the community
Couldn’t have found a better place for my pets I’ve been at lower town commons for a year and I can honestly say it’s perfect. I love that my pets have a place to live where no one has issues with dogs. The location is amazing and my neighbors are always friendly
So far so good! I’ve only been living here for almost a month and it’s been good! I am so surprised with how quiet the apartment is considering the amount of dogs that live here, I could hear a pin drop! The apartment was clean and in pretty good shape when I moved in. The walk from parking is very short, which is nice. Most dog owners just let their animals use the bathroom right outside the main door, so it often smells like animal waste right outside the apartment, which is unpleasant. Adequate. Love the old feel - exposed beams and high ceilings. Great location in lowertown, lots to do in the area. Parking is not convenient, especially in the winter.

Nice location, great high ceilings High ceilings with beautiful exposed timber; close to farmers market and baseball games; parking situation is not ideal-to park in building is extremely expensive; gym equipment is not great; animal owners let animals go to bathroom immediately outside of apt buidling making it smell; no communa outside space
Nice Apartment Nice place to live if you are into exploring the city of Saint Paul. Apartment is nice and has a historic vibe to it within the city of Saint Paul. We love living here and don't plan to leave any time soon.
