Location Location Location! I've lived here for about 6 months and the location is great! Parking is the toughest part since it is downtown but . I park at Union Depot. Price for a 2 bed 2 bath is very reasonable for the location!

Perfect place for us Relocating from FL to MN in May was a huge task; moving to Lowertown Commons was a perfect decision for us through all the chaos. From my first interaction with Tim through our virtual tour to my walk-through with Michelle to Mike helping with any maintenance issues, every time we need something the staff is always there to help and incredibly pleasant. Really Like It Here We have lived here since 2017 and like it a lot. During covid many people had to move out and some less than stellar residents moved in. Many pot smokers and this is a non-smoking building. They seem to have been kicked out now which is great. Nice, clean and mostly quiet building with good management that is helpful and sympathetic.. Most convenient location as this place is within 5 blocks of every bus line and train to get you to almost anyplace in the cities.

Loft the loading zone is always full of long term parkers other than that its wonderful here.
