Lowertown Love Overall I like living here. It could be better if there was an outdoor patio or rooftop but it's a decent space. The building is old so things are constantly breaking, this is why I left 1 star under maintenance. The staff is pleasant and does their best to keep us happy but I feel they have an uphill battle with the age of the building.
Easy, affordable, friendly The experience has been easy and seemless for the most part. Staff has been friendly and responsive to all questions and needs.
Great place to live I've only been here a few weeks but am loving every minute of it. Great location in Lowertown St. Paul by my work and there are many places to eat at within walking distance.
Not a bad place to live My partner and I really like the place, but it’s very annoying how the parking lot is at least a 5 minute walk from the apartment and it’s an additional $90/mth. There’s not much parking options and that makes things hard in the wintertime. The apartment we got is a lot smaller than the one we originally wanted. The staff although is very amazing and kind. They do their absolute best to answer all and every question we have with clarity and attentiveness.
Honest, critical, accurate Ive been here only 5 months and i can say that staff and custodians have had residents taken care of. Theyll always check in and go above and beyond to make sure lowertown commons is the best play to stay.
Great location We have lived here for going on 7 years and we really like it. You can't beat the location and the property is well maintained.
Lowertown Commons Amazing ?? ?? I moving in Dec. 2022 l. I found this little gem online when I moved from TX. I absolutely love the tall ceilings and spacious scenic view inside the atrium. The office staff is always polite, kind, and helpful. It's been amazing to live here
Lowertown Commons I have lived here for around a month now and love it at Lowertown Commons! I have recommended this apartment to many of my friends who are looking. The location, staff, and maintenance are what sticks out to me and create such a great home. One thing I wish was upgraded would be the workout facility.
