Some pros, more cons I've lived here for 5 years. On the positive side, I love the mountain setting and the walking trail. The staff is responsive and helpful. The building is solid, and my unit is spacious. On the negative side, the cigarette smoke from the neighbors is sickening. I've also smelled marijuana several times when out walking. The grass needs to be mowed weekly, and generally, the landscaping needs to be better maintained. Great place to live! We have lived at Sanctuary in the past and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very nice and the facility was great. We are now living at Hampton Falls in Huntsville that is also a great facility with a great staff. We are currently doing a second phase to a job in Santa Rosa and will be staying at Sanctuary again. Sanctuary will be our home away from home!
McCarthy Review of Property We have lived here for about 1.5 years. The only thing, there needs to be more attention paid to the grounds, especially the tree lines around the property. When they cut branches down, they just lay them anywhere and it is unsightly.
