Great place to live! We have lived at Sanctuary in the past and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very nice and the facility was great. We are now living at Hampton Falls in Huntsville that is also a great facility with a great staff. We are currently doing a second phase to a job in Santa Rosa and will be staying at Sanctuary again. Sanctuary will be our home away from home!
McCarthy Review of Property We have lived here for about 1.5 years. The only thing, there needs to be more attention paid to the grounds, especially the tree lines around the property. When they cut branches down, they just lay them anywhere and it is unsightly.

Quiet The community is nestled in Monte Sano mountain, maintained walking trails. Leasing staff and maintenance are on point.

Enjoyed living at Hampton Fall Enjoyed living here. Been here 1 year. The only issue I run in to from time to time is parking. Maintenance has been great and always on top of everything. I love that its secluded but close to town.
Quiet Convenience I have lived here for 9 years and its location to my work and being on the quite side of the mountain has been ideal.
