Some pros, more cons I've lived here for 5 years. On the positive side, I love the mountain setting and the walking trail. The staff is responsive and helpful. The building is solid, and my unit is spacious. On the negative side, the cigarette smoke from the neighbors is sickening. I've also smelled marijuana several times when out walking. The grass needs to be mowed weekly, and generally, the landscaping needs to be better maintained.
