Review of Property It is a nice place, the neighbors are friendly. Management is ok, not necessarily on top of walking the property. I had to advise of a shutter being sideway over a window after a storm before they wrote a work order to fix it, not even on my apartment. There is also a shutter still off and laying behind a bush by the display apartment. You would think the manager would have saw this and had it corrected.
So nice I an excited to live here. The people are so nice!

Good place to raise children Quiet and peaceful place to live. Nice neighborhood I love the walking trails and pool. Live here for 4 years seven months. I will definitely recommend people for renting a house..
Great place to live! I've lived here for 5 years and love it. The management is great and the maintenance is on top of everything. My neighbors are nice and respectful of the property and other tenants. The grounds are always kept very nice. I really love living here.
