review I've lived here for 5.5 years. I love the mountain setting and the trails. The maintenance people are responsive and helpful. I don't like the fact that smoking is allowed. I don't like how so many people use their balconies as junk storage spaces with no attempt to make them look nice. I don't like the recent rent increase. I wish the interiors were more updated.

Review Rent increases every year. This renewal, rent increased $100/month, whereas in the past , it’s increased $30/month. Valet trash service is sporadic. Maintenance requests are completed timely.
A Place to Call Home Even though I have only been in the apartment for a couple of months (and still in the process of decorating), I have felt comfortable and safe which is so important for my elderly mother and I. I look forward to getting to know our neighbors once Spring/Summer comes around and we are all out and about more.

Review of Hampton Fall Apartments We love it here, the only thing is, at around 6:15 in the morning, at the maintenance shop, the guy with the motorcycle sometimes plays his music and it wakes my wife up.
Quiet Family Neighborhood I have been extremely pleased living here! Very quiet area, maintence is quick and easy and all the staff is very kind and easy great to work with!
