Great value Great location, great value and on time maintenance
Good Place to Live We have lived here since Sept 2020 and mostly the only things is they are understaffed on maintenance personnel.
Great neighbors Mostly quiet, great location with walking trails for hiking and walking
Hampton Falls Rocks This is a very clean and calm complex! The apartments are spacious, and maintainence responds in a timely matter. I do wish the gym had a few more options

Happy Overall For the most part, this is a wonderful place to love. Staff is great, and by staff, I mean Steven. No matter what the issue, he always makes sure to see your problem through to solution. We recently had smokers placed underneath us…????. Why not place all smoking residents in the same buildings…save the lungs of our little Community. Things tend to fall apart essily, but after a regime chain in Maintenance…thats no longer an issue, becuase the new guy is fantastic!

Great apartment coPlexus! Anytime there is a problem, maintenance is there very quickly to repair the problem. The office staff are wonderful and quick to reply to any email I send. Very quiet neighborhood!
