Review of Property Seems like they spend money on blowing leaves, which seems counter-productive, a week after, they are all over the place again. The trash accumulation at the dumpster should be addressed, as there is no where to put your trash. I think the people overall are friendly, but they need more maintenance staff.
Over the Mountain It's good for the price. The apartment complex is very average and generally quiet. Communication between staff and tenants is not good.
Great place to live I have been here several years. Perfect location as well as a safe environment. Not to mention the mountain is beautiful any time of the year

Great place to live! I love living here. You cant beat the price, its 10 minutes or less to both Jones Valley and Downtown Huntsville. The other residents are very friendly and it feels like home! Its very pet-friendly, as well.
Economic inviting sanctuary This property has been such a joy to live in. Form the newly uodated fitness facility to the pool thats cleaned regularly and has nice outdoor furniture, the ammenities Hampton Falls provides are just one plus to living here. The entire complex is VERY quiet at all times and maintenance requsst are taken care of promptly. The leasing staff are very supportive and VERY easy to communicate with!
