New Occupant Nice spacious rooms, storage in Kitchen is sparse. Closets are adequate with a storage room on the 2nd floor balcony,
Hampton Falls Great service in Rent Cafe to help make the rent payment easier! Outstanding management team and maintenance staff! Quiet, peaceful, apartment complex. Nice workout room with TV and equipment. Beautiful pool and grounds! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
All around great place to live!! My husband and I have lived here for 3 weeks now and we love it. The location is great, the people who live here are extremely nice, the staff are nice, and overall we love it here.
Review from Apt 1113 We are very happy after two weeks in our apartment. We just met Mike the maintenance guy...he's terrific. Stephen in the front office has been very hellpful
One year Mostly all good
Nice place Only problem is you try to turn in from north bound traffic between 3pm to 7pm you may be waiting 5+ minutes to get through traffic. The property and apartment are great though.
Not worth the price for what you get Way better parking and amenities at other places with the same pricing. Haven’t been updated. Managers are not inviting or welcoming. No maintenance team.
Cheapest rent in the area The rent is the cheapest for the area, other than that not a lot to be offered
It is okay It is a fine place to live but for the price, you can get a lot more in luxury apartments. Maintenance has consistently been an issue with things not being repaired, not repaired in a timely fashion, or not repaired correctly. Parking is a nightmare and I almost always have to walk completely out of my way.
