Not worth the price for what you get Way better parking and amenities at other places with the same pricing. Haven’t been updated. Managers are not inviting or welcoming. No maintenance team.
Cheapest rent in the area The rent is the cheapest for the area, other than that not a lot to be offered
It is okay It is a fine place to live but for the price, you can get a lot more in luxury apartments. Maintenance has consistently been an issue with things not being repaired, not repaired in a timely fashion, or not repaired correctly. Parking is a nightmare and I almost always have to walk completely out of my way.
Rent late fee??? My rent was set up on auto pay and it didn’t come out of my account. It’s now showing I owe a late fee. What do I need to do to get this corrected?
Current rating Not enough parking spaces and the people of above me are very noise to the point it sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling.
