Simple, yet fulfilling The Fountains is a great apartment complex for its worth, Eva and the maintenance guys, Andres and Robert make it 5x better in my opinion. If anything were to go wrong, they are always on top and ready to help which is truly lifesaving at times. No real major issues while living here and would definitely check it out if looking for an affordable place to stay, especially with this day and age.
Great Experience I enjoy living on this property. The management and maintenance staff are nice, informative, and friendly. I appreciate the prompt effective service when I have maintenance issues or billing concerns.

Great experience! I've lived here for two years and have had a great experience! The office staff are so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They are great about notifying us if our rent payments are not processed correctly for whatever reason, so that has prevented a lot of stress that other people I know often experience in other apartment complexes. Great place to live! I have lived here for about 6 months now and I have had no real complaints in that time. The staff is extremely helpful and I'm glad that I made the move.
