Great experience! I've lived here for two years and have had a great experience! The office staff are so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They are great about notifying us if our rent payments are not processed correctly for whatever reason, so that has prevented a lot of stress that other people I know often experience in other apartment complexes. Cozy, Safe, Quiet I so far have had a great experience living here. It is so close to my job! The atmosphere is peaceful and safe. I feel very happy that I moved here!
The perfect home I’ve enjoyed my time at the Fountains immensely. It has everything I need and at a good value. The leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding and get issues resolved quickly. The property is always spotless and well-maintained. The pools and fitness center are a plus too.

Nice place to live, and convenient All good. Like anything else nowadays, getting more expensive. But acceptable right now.
Very efficient I enjoy living here. I just hope when time for renewal it won't go up $100 to $200.
