Great experience! I've lived here for two years and have had a great experience! The office staff are so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They are great about notifying us if our rent payments are not processed correctly for whatever reason, so that has prevented a lot of stress that other people I know often experience in other apartment complexes. The perfect home I’ve enjoyed my time at the Fountains immensely. It has everything I need and at a good value. The leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding and get issues resolved quickly. The property is always spotless and well-maintained. The pools and fitness center are a plus too.
