Awesome Experience I have lived here for 3 years and my experience has been great. I have had some maintenance issues in the past and the management and maintenance staff have been friendly, effective, and efficient in every situation. I love living here!!!

Great place to live! I've been living here for 4 months now, and The Fountains at Deerwood is a great place to live. The amenities are great and the staff are friendly.
Better I wish the office personnel come out of the office and SEE the complex. Maybe office get to meet the residents as well.
Pretty good I love living here so far, the only thing that is bothersome would be my neighbors loud truck he starts every morning at 7am. And he is back by 9am so where does he even go?
