Love our home! We have lived here for 3 years and have not had any poor experiences. The staff and maintenance teams are always on top of everything. :-)

Fountains At Deerwoods is a wonderful neighborhood I have lived in this neighborhood for several years now and I have absolutely no complaints. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and the staff are absolutely amazing. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and I am very grateful for them.
Great place to live! I have lived here for 7-8 years now and love everything about the property. The staff are fantastic and respond to questions/concerns promptly. The property is kept in very good shape and is well-maintained and clean. There are no noise concerns whatsoever and almost everyone is friendly. It's in a perfect location with all shopping needs within a short distance. It's close to the beach and I-95 access. The prices are very reasonable and its an overall great deal.
Safety I havent been here for very long but it has been nice far.. i do suggest that the property provide some sort of non-slip on the bottom of the tubs. First time using my shower i stepped in and fell right out almost hitting my head on the counter. Could have been so much worse and i would hate for this to happen to someone older or already handicapped.
