Great place to live! I've been living here for 4 months now, and The Fountains at Deerwood is a great place to live. The amenities are great and the staff are friendly.
Better I wish the office personnel come out of the office and SEE the complex. Maybe office get to meet the residents as well.
Pretty good I love living here so far, the only thing that is bothersome would be my neighbors loud truck he starts every morning at 7am. And he is back by 9am so where does he even go?

Very Good We moved here from another state for a short time so we could find a house to purchase. We had a 7-month lease, and we purchased our house during that time. Leasing and Maintenance staff are wonderful! Maintenance is there the next day, and Leasing staff are very welcoming and are extremely helpful for newcomers. Pool, mail delivery and garbage compactor are appreciated. This is close to everything, and no trouble getting around. Neighbors were nice and quiet, and the grounds are very nice and kept up.
