Very Good We moved here from another state for a short time so we could find a house to purchase. We had a 7-month lease, and we purchased our house during that time. Leasing and Maintenance staff are wonderful! Maintenance is there the next day, and Leasing staff are very welcoming and are extremely helpful for newcomers. Pool, mail delivery and garbage compactor are appreciated. This is close to everything, and no trouble getting around. Neighbors were nice and quiet, and the grounds are very nice and kept up. Nice community. Very small I have liked living here. I love the maintenance they are very nice and helpful. All the neighbors are nice. I like the pool and walking by the lake is nice too.
Location and Value I have not lived here long, only 6 months so far. I really enjoy this location in relation to grocery stores and recreational activities. The neighborhood itself is amazing. Vehicles tend to be the only noise issue. Some people around here enjoy revving up their vehicles in the evenings.
Perfect Place to Live I've lived here for many years and absolutely love the property and the leasing/maintenance staff. Everybody is extremely friendly, the maintenance requests get addressed immediately, and the maintenance of the property is spectacular. The property is well maintained, clean, and bug-free (big +)! The Fountains have everything I could need and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon.
Quaint Apartment Complex with Great Staff I've been here for the past year or so and all in all I would say it has been a very good experience. Pros: - Staff: Moving in from out of state, I was able to talk with the extremely kind staff over the phone and email regarding the exact details and they were extremely kind and understanding of the difficulties that come with moving into an apartment from out of state helping me though the entire process. Beautiful an well up keeping From the upkeep of the premises to the communication. Clean and Professional. Supportive and Kind! Grounds are kept well as well as amenities. Living on Southside is a bit high priced right now, hopefully will ease up soon.
