Perfect Place to Live I've lived here for many years and absolutely love the property and the leasing/maintenance staff. Everybody is extremely friendly, the maintenance requests get addressed immediately, and the maintenance of the property is spectacular. The property is well maintained, clean, and bug-free (big +)! The Fountains have everything I could need and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon.
Quaint Apartment Complex with Great Staff I've been here for the past year or so and all in all I would say it has been a very good experience. Pros: - Staff: Moving in from out of state, I was able to talk with the extremely kind staff over the phone and email regarding the exact details and they were extremely kind and understanding of the difficulties that come with moving into an apartment from out of state helping me though the entire process. Beautiful an well up keeping From the upkeep of the premises to the communication. Clean and Professional. Supportive and Kind! Grounds are kept well as well as amenities. Living on Southside is a bit high priced right now, hopefully will ease up soon.

Really a good place to live Fountains at Deerwood is a great place to live. Is quiet, calm, and the staff is amazing!
Just moved to this location and i love it! Leasing office is very responsive. Great location
Review It is a great place to live. Only wish there was at least one parking assigned to a resident since other personnel will have guest or multiple cars and the next door neighbor won't have a space to park. Then there are people who have their music so loud or having a party late at night.
Simple, yet fulfilling The Fountains is a great apartment complex for its worth, Eva and the maintenance guys, Andres and Robert make it 5x better in my opinion. If anything were to go wrong, they are always on top and ready to help which is truly lifesaving at times. No real major issues while living here and would definitely check it out if looking for an affordable place to stay, especially with this day and age.
