The perfect home I’ve enjoyed my time at the Fountains immensely. It has everything I need and at a good value. The leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding and get issues resolved quickly. The property is always spotless and well-maintained. The pools and fitness center are a plus too.

Nice place to live, and convenient All good. Like anything else nowadays, getting more expensive. But acceptable right now.
Very efficient I enjoy living here. I just hope when time for renewal it won't go up $100 to $200.
Nice Great place to live
Living at The Fountains A nice place to live although there are parking issues with residents having 3 or more vehicles and some that never moves and there is nothing they can do about it. Townhouses are nice and the maintenance team is great. My only issue would be parking rules.

Decent value, good space. Staff is great, particularly the maintenance staff, tenants mostly quiet and considerate,
Very old units The staff is friendly and the neighbor has an excellent location. However, The show house has nothing to do with the real units for rent. That is just a bait to make you pay high rent amounts. Don’t bite it! It doesn’t worth to pay a lot of money for such old units.
