Simple Nice first place
Decent value, good space. Staff is great, particularly the maintenance staff, tenants mostly quiet and considerate,
Fountains review Its not what we thought it would be because we leased it online( moved from another state) - very old property, upper level floor creeks all around and is caved in, in bedrooms. Our 11 month lease expired and now we are on monthly basis(moving out soon) , monthly rent is way more then it was during lease. So be aware of that. The rest of the things like maintenance/pool , small gym, roads/pavements are average.
