Very Good We moved here from another state for a short time so we could find a house to purchase. We had a 7-month lease, and we purchased our house during that time. Leasing and Maintenance staff are wonderful! Maintenance is there the next day, and Leasing staff are very welcoming and are extremely helpful for newcomers. Nice community. Very small I have liked living here. I love the maintenance they are very nice and helpful. All the neighbors are nice. I like the pool and walking by the lake is nice too.
Location and Value I have not lived here long, only 6 months so far. I really enjoy this location in relation to grocery stores and recreational activities. The neighborhood itself is amazing. Vehicles tend to be the only noise issue. Some people around here enjoy revving up their vehicles in the evenings.
