Great Apartment Living This has been a great, small, quiet community that is so close to my job and everything I need. I love it
Could be more beautiful It does not have place to children riding bicycle
A little overpriced Just a tad bit overpriced. Given the small issues I’ve found so far
Happy Resident Just moved in about a month ago and everyone has been really nice and helpful. We had several things that needed to be addressed and they were fixed within the same day as the ticket was put in. Haven't really heard our neighbors through the walls or anything. It is located in a great area close to all the major highways and stores. We are so happy we choose this area to move to.
Rental property review Basically good. Parking is a bit of a problem. Maintenance and response of mgmt is excellent.

Rent Rent keeps going up which for a person who has rented everywhere, if we are already living here and just renewing our lease our rent shouldn't go in. Think about it as being grandfathered in to the rent we are paying for when we moved in before because if we plan on renewing our lease that should mean something.
