Management The property is not worth what you pay..You will be evicted if you are more than 3 days late..Management is not professional at all..

About to move I'm ready for a bigger space
Inconsiderate of the residents They lie a lot when first move in and added an extra $100 to rent which wasn’t agreed upon.
Can't get answers!!!!! Maintenance is good, but if you're looking for answers from the office you will never get it. I was told that the water wasn't co-op but in fact, it is they get the water bill from the city and they spread it out by 1 bedroom and townhomes.
Windows not soundproof. I can hear, everything going on outside as if there were no windows.
Very pricey It's too expensive
