The management is not working The management at this property really does not work. The gates are not working, the lighting is not working, and the management treats people badly.

Management The property is not worth what you pay..You will be evicted if you are more than 3 days late..Management is not professional at all..

Inconsiderate of the residents They lie a lot when first move in and added an extra $100 to rent which wasn’t agreed upon.

Parking Parking is horrible. There should be a limit of how many cars a unit should have. Really should think about assigned parking.
