Great place to live! The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the apartments are clean and well maintained.
Not bad, yet... Nice place, older apartments. I'm well of the road so I don't hear any noise from Southside Blvd. The staff is great, friendly and very responsive! The rent keeps going up every year but there are no added benefits, no new amentities. Not sure they want long term residents here...

Parking Parking is horrible. There should be a limit of how many cars a unit should have. Really should think about assigned parking.
