Overall good experience Apartment sizes are great. The location is also okay given that it has grocery store and bus stops at walking distance with frequent buses (Bus 10 even on Saturdays and 1B a little far but everyday). Gym is there although it is very small. Never used swimming pool. Overall great experience.
Affordable Nice Location I pay $300 in a 3b2b bedroom, which allows me to save a lot with a graduate student salary.
Pretty good Its nice there is alot of noise around 9pm when other people have to work. Also people dont care they throw anything and everything outside on the ground.
Good Place It has been good so far. The maintenance is taken care promptly. No issues. However, I have been facing inconvenience in the form of monthly rent accepted in the form of cashier's check. It would be helpful, if my mode of payment can be restored back to an electronic bank transaction via Checking account. Thank you.
Nice, cheap place to live decently I have been here for almost 3 years. The living conditions are decent, the maintenance requests are quickly attended to. The value for its price is good for students like us, The valet trash service is a lifesaver for us students who do not have cars. I hope there are some cleaning services for home as well, we would love to pay for it.
Living at Beau Jardin Living at 1BHK at Beau Jardin was a pleasure. It was my first OWN apartment, at the best price and best facilities.
It is very good place to stay. I am staying here since 2021. It is a nice apartment close to Purdue campus. It is very close to Walmart, payless and Indian mart. I can recommend the people to join this community. .
