Good value for money I have lived here for almost 4 years now. The value for money and the location is good. However the amenities are falling apart a bit. the maintenance is sturdy enough. Also, the noise travels through apartments.

Excellent Maintainence Team While I can say a lot about the location and the excellent prices of the apartment complex, I have to give a huge credit to the maintenance team, which is quick to respond to our tickets and diligent in their work.

Maintenence is good and complaintes are responded quickly One year. Management is very good and responsive. Emergency requests are taken seriously and addressed quickly, even on sunday evenings
