great place and prices Lived here for the past two years and have had minimal issues. Location is great for for me since I was enrolled in college at the time I moved in. Staff are great and helpful. Never had any issue with any neighbor. Price is great compared to most places in the area. While its not high end with the newest upgrades, it is a place I call home because it suits my needs that are within my budget.

Living experience I lived here for over 3 years. It was a very nice experience.
Experience living at Beaujardin I have been living here since August 2023 so it's been ~ 2 months. So far there have been no much issues with the apartment. It's in a good location and the price is also ok. But I feel some of the things need to be upgraded like electric oven, installation of microwave. These are some of the utilities that have become important nowadays and its economical for tenant and in long run for management too.
I'm loving it! McBeau all the way. Beau Jardin has a great location and I frequent bus connections! There's a swimming pool, gym, park, gardens, what's not to love! Now we have valet trash service too. Love it!
Great place to live The place is great and affordable. Decent neighbourhood and helpful staff
New management New management should be considered. Had an issue and she was one sided. Need to upgrade apartments
Good property I would recommend living here. The locations is super convenient to live.
Good. can be improved Good. Can be better. Some systemic issues should be resolved to make the process more user-friendly. Currently I am unable to pay my rent from the Bank account as RentCafe does not provide that option. This is causing some inconvenience.
