Review of Beau Jardin I'll try to make the best review for all students looking at this option. The place is nice, I believe there are only a few places (apartment complex) that have an inner garden with a path to walk. They do take care of the gardens and they are pretty. It's really safe to walk your dogs as well. The bus stop to go to Purdue is right outside of the entrance and It will take you around 8 to 10 min to get to Purdue Campus. Best Location, great price - Ideal for Purdue Students Moving into Beau Jarden, a property of Hunter Management was very smooth. The location is ideal with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, along with easy access to several bus routes. The campus is at prime location yet very peaceful and safe.

Great place for the price Its a nice place to live - lots of birds chirping in the courtyard. Maintenance responds quickly - though they might not always have a solution for your issue. Its an old construction - so if any kids are running anywhere in the buiding you can feel it. Laundry is in the basement in most buildings so thats a good thing - especially in the winters.

Need Overhaul and regular maintenance The buildings and apartments need a long overdue overhaul, painting, brief inspections, and finally regular maintenance. One can see that buildings are getting older and if a proper look has not been given then It will start breaking down and will become ugly. Some apartments have to go through proper maintenance and overhaul regarding windows, carpet, painting, plumbing, and appliances. Decent We have lived here for more than 10 years so that says a lot. The only thing I notice is that they don't do anything to appreciate guest that do long term leases. The old owners use to but new owners have raised the rent $50 or more every time we renew.
