4/5 review Lived for 1 year, the maintenance is good and quick. The value for money is optimal. The property is a bit far from campus but the rent makes up for it.
Love Beau Jardin I have lived at my apartment in Beau Jardin for six years now and I would not want to move to some other place until I'm in West Lafayette. The rooms are big and spacious, the cost is worth it. The garden is a beautiful place for walking and the maintenance staff is super proactive.

need to improve the living condition and quality Apartments are suitable but need regular maintenance and constantly need to be upgraded for conditioning and quality control.
good one I have been living here for the last 1 month. It is a good apartment in terms of community, location, and all the minimum essential facilities. Good cultural combination and is close to the bus terminals.
Okayish Only bad thing is that you have to pay for washing and drying your clothes and the washer and dryer is not located inside your apartment. Some of the rooms have a really bad view from the window. But rest is fine. Pretty decent apartment at the price.
