Reasonable place to stay but unneccessary charges The property manager is the worst. They are not empathetic and do not understand problems and international students. They charge their residents huge penalties while the mistake was their website's setting. They even do not justify what the mistake was. No humanity at all. Also, the trash container is too far- too bad in the winter.
Old it's an ok apartment won't recommend it
Homes are alright, property management shady Property management used many shady tactics while having us sign the lease. 1. We were shown model apartments with a clear understanding that actual homes would not be the same, but will be similar. The person showing us the apartment blatantly lied to us saying "all apartments have been remodeled based on the model home", which included new fixtures, new appliances, granite countertops, and new doors & window frames.
