overly satisfied.... could be better with higher water pressure
The location is good, large apt, that's all The house is very old, and the staff isn't always so nice. I like the garden in the center, though. Also the large apartment.

Good place to stay! The price is great for the quality of room you're getting, there's good bus service to campus, but really its ideal if you own a car, because there's great parking and its a short 4 min drive to wang hall.
Good place to rent Very good location and environment. Very helpful staff and maintenance. Some facilities are old but I still like this place.

Perfect location Staying here for couple of years. Recently office staff was changed/ transferred or someone new joined within last year. Not so friendly staff sometimes.
