Bang for the buck I’ve lived here for more than 3 years. This place is great for the price. The maintenance team is solid in speed and work quality. However, the apartments are old and so don’t expect new furnishing (bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinet fixtures etc etc). The homes tend to transfer noises made by walking/activity so if your in the middle floor, expect sounds from the top and complaints from the bottom neighbors. Quiet, calm communituy I love the quietness of this community except that the building needs maintenance.
Employees Most of the time dealing with the office it wasn't a good experience. Sometimes couldn't understand them and others just lie.
Old building I have lived here for 3years. Some years ago, my bank deactivated the services of sending checks from saving account and Beau Jadin was not able to process transaction and blamed that on me even though the bank actually notified me during the time when I transit from another place to Beau Jardin and they informed me through the mail got sent to my old address. Staff is mean The staff on the phone is mean. She is not polite.
Noisy Apartment I have lived here for 8 or 9 years, I have seen this place transission from a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood to noisy party place. My neighbour upstair host party every weekend or every other weekend, THe restroom ceiling has leaked 4 to 5 times since I moved in, not to mentioned the clogged kitchen sink. This place is the reason why I am saving up money to buy my own house.

Non working AC and washing, unfixable air drafts, potholes The management should be paying us money for living here because the washer and dryer seldom work, every single room has severe air drafts and the AC doesn't work during summer and the heater doesn't work during winter and you can smell the poop from the bathroom on the floor below you.
