Beau Jardin is a good place to live at a reasonable price I have lived here for 2 years now. The maintenance also has been quick to respond and the space in bedrooms and living rooms is decent. It is good to live in winters as well as the heat is correctly maintained. The connectivity from the apts to the campus is also good. But it gets difficult in summer due to lesser public transport available.
Great place for graduate students Beau Jardin is a great place to live with greenery nearby. Many restaurants at walking distance. Payless and Walmart is just few minutes away. Indian store is 5 mins walking distance from here.
Budget place to live in I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget place.
