Good The community is good,but the maintainence could be better
Maintenance is great here Beau Jardin is situated in the best location. Bus stops 10, 1B and 4B are within walking distance. Maintenance staffs are the best. The staffs are leasing office can do better. Customer service isn't their best quality.
Best location with a reasonable rent in West Lafayette The place is nice, and has a very good location. The apartment manager responds to any issue in a timely manner. I have been staying here for around two years, and I often recommend my friends to stay in the same apartment complex.
Long time tenants We have lived at Beau Jardin for 18 years so there's nothing I can say that bad about it. I have had mostly great experience with the staff/maintenance crew. We recently lost one of the maintenance members that has been there almost as long as us and it was like losing a great friend. They are quick to attend to any issues you may be having in the apartment. We have had decent neighbors in the building, mostly. I wish that sometimes there was a incentive for being a loyal tenant, like at one time they did.
This Place is wonderful Location is very good. Indian store, payless, Walmart, Aldi everything is at walkable distance. Decent rent.

The best apartments in West Lafayette Beau Jardin is excellent. It has easy access to two bus routes and the maintenance is very good. The staff are friendly and resolve any issues quickly. This apartment is the best if you are a student or family. The park area in the middle is stunning in the spring and has a great ambiance. This is the best place to rent in West Lafayette.
Great place to call home! Love the proximity to everything we need, including campus, shopping, dining and Lafayette!
Nice place to live Cozy place to live. Nice pool and workout room. Great staff and maintenance crew!
