I have lived in Townsend for almost a year and I must say I love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful with anything that i need or have a concern about. I have great neighboors and overall everyone is pleasant. One thing that i think really seperates Townsend from other apartments is that they have events and little parties. They had an awesome summer bash last year with food and drinks...

Townsends Staff is pretty considerate and their maintenance team as well. I saw all members help keep the grounds looking great and they responded well and followed up on maintenance requests. The only real problem were some of the residents and the lack of supervision with the youngsters. It's great, really it is. However, there are a few things that I have to point out. 1. There are some cats that live under the dumpster near the club house. There is actually someone feeding them, so the cats are going to be around until the feeding ceases. You can't use the volley ball court because the cats have turned it into an over sized litter box. 2. The laundry heat comes directly into...

I moved to Townsend in June of 2007 been here for 2.5 yrs. I dont usually write reviews unless I have very strong opinions->I hate to move but I needed more space for my new family. Townsend is a great place to live. I have been here for 3 yrs and have had no problems. The staff is very professional and courteous. Maintenance is excellent--usually fix problems the same day you report them.

I have lived at Townsend Square apts for quite some time now. It's a very nice apt. complex, staff is very friendly and helpful. If I need something fixed, maintenance is usually there the same day or the very next. My only real problem is everyone that has lived above me has been extremely noisy and have no consideratin for the person living below them and you can hear most sounds from other...

I have lived in this apartment since July, 2007. The only thing I do not like about this complex is the fact that you cannot have a dog here, there is also a large security deposit for cats ($350), but fortunately none for caged animals, such as my ferret, my conure, or any type of fish. I also wish the pool was a little deeper, it's only 5' deep. It's definitely fun when it's open though, I go...

I lived in Townsend for 2 1/2 years, and it really is a good apartment complex. The staff is wonderful and caring and treat you like a friend. Maintenence is awesome too. Whenever I had a complaint about a neighbor, it was taken care of. Parking was sometimes tough, but got better. Great place, I recommend it.
