Decent, could have been a lot better overall! When moving her I had high expectations due to a referral I received to move here. Again I hope my comments and concerns were of help and my husband and I wish you all the best in improving the community.
This has been a blessing I'm so thankful Ms Kim was great and so helpful really appreciate her talking with us and explaining everything to us we heard back that following day we moved in by the end of that week she was excellent in professional
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds seem to be well taken care of. I have not met many of the neighborhors but the ones I have seen very friendly. The office staff did everything they promised in a very timely manner. I so far enjoy living here.
Maintenance staff is pleasant and helpful. I do not like that cigarette butts are dropped outside of my apartment daily after fire in building. Spit in walkway. Loud noise outside at all hours of night. Lighting terrible in back of division.
Good it's OK I'm recommend any body to come to live in this place it's good place to raise families you no. I am living a most two years its safe. I have same issue last administration but ended the day is fine but we need working together to resolve this issue. If
We moved here from a luxury complex and this complex is 10 times better. The neighbors are nice the quality of the apartment is nicer, they are very dog friendly, and the overall experience is better. I have referred 2 other people to this conplex.
The new owners are crooks. They will claim that one has not paid on time and run up charges. Also, they do not fix anything that is broken. Do not move here. The previous owners were so much better. The new owners took down the security gate. Now people cruise playing loud music and strange men hang out drinking outside. This has become a nightmare. on a scale of 1-5, I rate this place a zero....
I just moved to Townsend last Sunday,10/03/2015. Before moving in I viewed and toured the property about 6 months prior. Very nice looking on the outside, clean, and didn't seem to be filled with a lot off people hanging out. Waiting over a year to get things fixed. Once they showed up they leave fix looking worst than it was, i think i have to wait one more year for them to come back and really fix it.
