There is actually someone feeding them, so the cats are going to be around until the feeding ceases. Townsend is a great place to live. I have been here for 3 yrs and have had no problems. The staff is very professional and courteous. Maintenance is excellent--usually fix problems the same day you report them.
I have lived at Townsend Square apts for quite some time now. It's a very nice apt. complex, staff is very friendly and helpful. If I need something fixed, maintenance is usually there the same day or the very next. I have lived in this apartment since July, 2007. The only thing I do not like about this complex is the fact that you cannot have a dog here, there is also a large security deposit for cats ($350), but fortunately none for caged animals, such as my ferret, my conure, or any type of fish. I lived in Townsend for 2 1/2 years, and it really is a good apartment complex. The staff is wonderful and caring and treat you like a friend. Maintenence is awesome too. Whenever I had a complaint about a neighbor, it was taken care of. Parking was sometimes tough, but got better. Great place, I recommend it.
Maintenance staff is pleasant and helpful. I do not like that cigarette butts are dropped outside of my apartment daily after fire in building. Spit in walkway. Loud noise outside at all hours of night. Lighting terrible in back of division.
The new owners are crooks. They will claim that one has not paid on time and run up charges. Also, they do not fix anything that is broken. Do not move here. The previous owners were so much better. The new owners took down the security gate. Now people cruise playing loud music and strange men hang out drinking outside. This has become a nightmare. on a scale of 1-5, I rate this place a zero....
Waiting over a year to get things fixed. Once they showed up they leave fix looking worst than it was, i think i have to wait one more year for them to come back and really fix it.
