If you make Townsend Square Blvd your next apartment home you can not go wrong. We recently moved in need some mirrors and pictures hung.. the front office make arrangements for the maintance department and now everything is complete. I referd someone here and thay will be moving in on 6 Dec 2013..Wow what a greast place to live. Thnak you Townsend Apt 3 1200 Townsend Square Blvd

Apartment home living is not perfect, but I believe that Townsend Square apartments deserve some positive reviews on this website. I've lived here for about a month now and couldn't be happier. We moved from a $1400 a month "luxury" apartment in Woodbridge. We went with this community because I felt they were the best deal in Fredericksburg especially considering they include water, sewer,...

I had just gotten in from Nashville at 3:30 am. There were no visitor parking spots open, so I parked waaay down in an open spot. I was going to move my car in the morning. When I went to move it at 10:30 it was gone. My car was towed at 3:38 am, 8 minutes after I got there! There was only ONE sign posted saying a permit was required or your car would be towed. Townsend has the absolute worst management team that I have ever had to deal with. They are not consistent with answering questions or getting things done for their residents and they seem to give preference to certain individuals. I referred two friends to Townsend and their encounter with Townsend Mgmt. an unpleasant one. I say this because my friends met all of the income qualifications,...

Been a resident for a year only complaint is I can hear neighbors having sex from me and my husbands bedroom and very loud music besides that its alright :) we have two little girls a 1 and 2 yr old who like to play and run around but its difficult to do that when you worry they will get hit by a car with the rediculous speeders around

When I first moved into here it was okay. We are a military family and we came out to visit it but we had to rush to move. The first few months was okay but things started to go downhill. First off, PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. Depending on the time you get home, if its after 3:30pm there is no parking. I'm really sad because when I first moved into Townsend 4 years ago it was great! However, new owners bought the property and within the last year, it has definitely changed. First off, they raised the rent to a flat rate which for most of us, that was a $100 jump in rent. Needless to say, tons and tons of people are moving out because of the rent increase. I'm a long time resident of Townsend, approx 5 yrs. The staff is great, the maint guys are quick and dependable! I appreciate the renewal offers/benefits and community events they have which is why I've stayed for so long, plus the location is fabulous! There have been some changes recently and honestly, I'm a little concerned because up until now, Townsend was very predictable and consistant...
