So far it's quiet and nice, family residence and staff! The ground pipping is being worked on in front of our unit which isn't the prettiest but as long as they wrap it up soon it's not a problem. Other than that I'm excited about the move and can't wait for the pool to open!
In the week that I have been here i have no complaints, Everything was done in a timely manner. The Staff have been very attentive, with making sure everything was suitable for move in.Im very excited for the pool to open up so we can go swimming.
The leasing office is friendly and efficient. My apartment is better than at dozen other places I inspected. I've had 1 maintenance issue and it was taken care of within a day. Highly recommend. I live next to the playground so that can be noisy.
Location is ideal. Inside maintenance problems handled quick, but have problem with the overall cleanliness of building and common areas in my building. I was told last year that pressure washing was being contracted for the complex, but it hasn't happened yet. The area is surprisingly quiet considering the size of the complex.
everything good at this time. ive only been here less than a mounth so not a lot to go on at this time. but as of now it seems ok for me and my kids. i havent had any problems to report or have to tell rental office about. so all is good so far at this point.
I was apartment shopping for a long time before I settled on Townsend Square Apartments. They gave my roommates and I amazing deal. Prorated first months rent, free second month, a VERY minimal down deposit and a waived pet fee. We are happy! And cannot wait to recommend to a friend!
The promotion is great here, wish the moving process wasn't so long. The apartment is a nice size for two people and plenty of space to put your stuff in. The stove looks pretty used up and old and the dish washer so hopefully they'll fix that. But overall I'm satisfied.
A great experience learning to relate with staff at Townsend Square in trying to maintain the property for Kettler and me. I truly understand I am not the only resident, but, maintenance come once they are notified - their timing is on time. Staff displays great patience and understanding. Thanks. PS toilets are still malfunction.
