If you make Townsend Square Blvd your next apartment home you can not go wrong. We recently moved in need some mirrors and pictures hung.. the front office make arrangements for the maintance department and now everything is complete. I referd someone here and thay will be moving in on 6 Dec 2013..Wow what a greast place to live. Thnak you Townsend Apt 3 1200 Townsend Square Blvd

We recently moved to a new home TOWNSEND SQUARE APARTMENTS. Once we got started everything was smooth sailing..The ladies in the office Ms Ann, Ms Donna and Ms Heather..What a great team of ladies..They made sure we had I(s) and T(s) dotted and crossed..We worried about nothing.. Our address changed on 6 October 2013...We recently left a home of 19 years due to current health issues and other...

Apartment home living is not perfect, but I believe that Townsend Square apartments deserve some positive reviews on this website. I've lived here for about a month now and couldn't be happier. We moved from a $1400 a month "luxury" apartment in Woodbridge. We went with this community because I felt they were the best deal in Fredericksburg especially considering they include water, sewer,...

Been a resident for a year only complaint is I can hear neighbors having sex from me and my husbands bedroom and very loud music besides that its alright :) we have two little girls a 1 and 2 yr old who like to play and run around but its difficult to do that when you worry they will get hit by a car with the rediculous speeders around

I'm a long time resident of Townsend, approx 5 yrs. The staff is great, the maint guys are quick and dependable! I appreciate the renewal offers/benefits and community events they have which is why I've stayed for so long, plus the location is fabulous! There have been some changes recently and honestly, I'm a little concerned because up until now, Townsend was very predictable and consistant...

I have lived in Townsend for almost a year and I must say I love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful with anything that i need or have a concern about. I have great neighboors and overall everyone is pleasant. One thing that i think really seperates Townsend from other apartments is that they have events and little parties. They had an awesome summer bash last year with food and drinks...

Townsends Staff is pretty considerate and their maintenance team as well. I saw all members help keep the grounds looking great and they responded well and followed up on maintenance requests. The only real problem were some of the residents and the lack of supervision with the youngsters. Several cars were the victims of football games, including mine, and rocks and snow hill sledding, the...

I'm really sad because when I first moved into Townsend 4 years ago it was great! However, new owners bought the property and within the last year, it has definitely changed. First off, they raised the rent to a flat rate which for most of us, that was a $100 jump in rent. Needless to say, tons and tons of people are moving out because of the rent increase. It seems like they are renting to...
