Attiva Park is... (Verified Renter) Attiva Park is a wonderful apartment complex for active people 55 years or older. The staff are very helpful and concerned about all the residents. The overall appearance of the complex is top quality. The complex (exteriors, interiors, walking, seating areas feel safe. The fact that the bus stop is right outside the complex is very convenient too. I think I'll be here for a long time, God willing.
