Verified Renter I am moving out of Attiva Park mainly because I cannot afford the new rent. Like many residents, I am on a fixed income. I mistakenly believed that a 55 community took that into consideration. I will miss my friends, but many of them are also planning to move for the same reason. I wish that Corporate could understand that Attiva Park would be full of outstanding people if the rents were more reasonable and aligned with the neighborhood environment. Verified Renter The management team is slow to act on promises. They have now spent over a year making a decision about what to do about the bare lawn between 604 and 605. In the meantime I have been living in dirt city. They are looking into a design for the yard. This is silly. Put in mondo and get it over with. Also taking this long to come up with a design is ludicrous. Of course they are stalling
