This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very unique, comfortable ambiance, with many opportunities for residents growth socially, educationally, emotionally, and spiritually! Friendships are quickly established and camaraderie is very easily observed and felt!
Verified Renter Attiva Park, Fort Worth provides a safe environment for residents. I recommend it for anyone 55 who is seeking an active lifestyle. The community calendar is packed with games, swimming, yoga, an Elvis impersonator (August), Bible study, line dancing with the office staff . . . whew . . . and more! You will not be bored living at Attiva Park!
Verified Renter I thoroughly enjoy living here. The one problem I have is with the tenants and or guests back into the parking lot, and can hit other's cars. My car sustained a considerable amount of damage to the doors of my car, on the passenger side. It is evident that the driver was backing in. Both doors were dented and white paint streaks were left. I have not been able to get my car repaired, because I do not have the $500 deductible I will have to pay, to get the doors repaired.
