Verified Renter Attiva Park appears to be a lovely community for seniors, and the majority of residents are kind and caring people, and some amenities are nice to have. However, if you choose to move in, check the rental agreement very closely; Attiva management is not responsible for pretty much anything: they are not responsible for notifying police when cars are broken into, etc. That is left up to the residents. Verified Renter While new to Attiva Park - I enjoy living here tremendously. What a pleasurable living community.
One complaint we... (Verified Renter) One complaint we have had since the buildings were remodeled has not been addressed. The chairs in the Bistro and the other community rooms drag on the carpet and the "wood" floors. We have to lift our chair in order to scoot it up to the table or back away from the table. If you would try it yourselves, you would understand how frustrating this is and how hard it is for seniors.
