Do NOT live... (Verified Renter) Do NOT live here. The 'security system' requires that all deliveries be made only when the office is open which screws up deliveries. If you use services like Amazon you'll never get your stuff on time. Or at all in some cases. Apartments are way overpriced. For an older person it's harder to live here than at a regular all-ages complex.

(Verified Renter) Ive been at Ativa Park Retirement-FW and theres some nice people that live here and nice people that work here I think you would like it but they do not have a dog park and the pool is not always heatef in the winter, They do not have a theater like most of the other 55 in that active living facilities out of the 1 to 10 I would give it a five

(Verified Renter) Once an entire week has gone by with me not seeing any cockroaches will I write a 5-star review of this place, but in point of 'all honesty' I should NEVER do a 5-star but a 3 or 4 star review, given the safety concerns I have, even if the roaches go away. (I have some other safety concerns based on how many people tell me about how their hot/cold water taps are NOT following STANDARDS.
