Truly Great Place to Live I loved here with my teenage daughter 2 years ago and plan to be here for awhile. I've lived in 5 different apartment complexes in Irving over the last 20 years. I feel I have a good amount of experiences and information to make a reasonable, honest review of Legacy. The location is great although fairly busy. The complex is nice and well maintained. Great Place to Live I lived here for 5 years, and I loved it. I had a first floor, one bedroom apartment with an attached garage, and it was perfect. The only reason I moved was my job moved, and the traffic became unbearable. Any maintenance request I had was resolved very quickly. The staff was great and always made me feel like I lived in a community; I never felt like just another tenant. The location is great, too. Good For the Price These apartments are fairly spacious and nice for the price. Some of the residents are questionable and the neighborhood is super crowded. I wish they had more ammenities and the gym is pretty small.
legacy parking We have very little parking at legacy at valley ranch. The parking around is all over but unless you rent an additional garage or covered parking spot. Hopefully you don't work past 7pm or you might not find parking at all. Its 40 for a normal spot 55 for a detached garage and 80 for a garage with a breezeway. And chances are even those spots wont be near your apartment.
