Overall, the location... (Verified Renter) Overall, the location is ideal, the apartments are nice, the community is fairly quiet. Two things which I would also point out is the somewhat high pricing/huge increases yearly and the nearly continuous shut down for repairs of most of the amenities; laundry rooms(room now), gym, pool, jacuzzi

I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived at the Lyndon for over 11 years and have always been taken care of when it came to the maintenance of my apartment. The guys have always been professional and fixed the problem.
The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff is great. It’s just hard to get them there sometimes. But they are probably super busy right now.
All is good,... (Verified Renter) All is good, but excepting security. I have been here for 18 months. The first day of moving, told us they are fixing gates.. still they haven't fixed gates. This is what you have to change.
