Highly recommend As far as apartments goes, this may be one of the best places in irving. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. They host resident events every month, including breakfast at the gate, weekend brunch, happy hours, and resident appreciation days. Vanessa, Kyle, Jose, Bebe and Kimberly are great and fun to be around at the events, they always have a smile on their face. The only main... (Verified Renter) The only main issue I have is maintenance not completed in a timely manner. There have been several instances where I had to consistently follow up on my work order as to when the work will be completed. The office staff try their best to resolve my issues, but its usually 2-3 weeks after the original order was put in. Rodney started off great, but lately it's been downhill.

I would wait... (Verified Renter) I would wait a few months recommending anyone since the apartments have gone through multiple changes regarding management and websites that have not functioned correctly with regards to online rent payments. I found the lack of communication regarding rent payment very disappointing during the multiple transitions. I would get flyers and emails about the transition but no direction on how to pay rent.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend based on a good location, reasonable rent, and safe area. I would advise though that the apartments are aging, parking is LIMITED, and communication is lacking.

I think my... (Verified Renter) I think my apartment is nice but the parking is a major issue for me. There isn't much free/visitor parking and seems to be an excess of paid/covered parking so you are almost forced to pay for a covered spot if you want a guaranteed parking spot in your own apartment complex. Also, there isn't much security on the property. Prior to us getting a second covered parking spot, my boyfriend would always have issues finding an open free spot because he gets off later in the evening and all the spo... read more

If you can... (Verified Renter) If you can afford the rent it is a wonderful place to call home. I would know, I've lived here for 15 years! Great floorplans and finishes. Maintenance is outstanding! Office staff is friendly and helpful.

There is almost... (Verified Renter) There is almost everything in this area within a 10 minute drive. Food, shopping, health clinics, theatres, and fitness. And it?s easily accessible from multiple major highways.

I have resided... (Verified Renter) I have resided here for over 6 years. Although, the property has had several owners, the management and staff did not change. They are professional, respectful, understanding, friendly and polite people. Also, you know they value the community and residents because they are actively engaged and interactive. As a resident, I can always count on them to host fun and family oriented events. This is one of the main reasons I still reside here.
