The maintenance team... (Verified Renter) The maintenance team has always been great in my 10 years at this complex: Juan P was very professional. The current management company has yet to impress me as to be rated more than average.

Cleanliness and landscape... (Verified Renter) Cleanliness and landscape maintenance has gone downhill in the last two years. My apartment was broken into and my television, a rifle and pistol were stolen. Multiple guitars were stacked up to be taken but apparently I thwarted they continuance of their breaking and entering. No gates. It can no longer say it is a gated community.
