The outdoor maintenance... (Verified Renter) The outdoor maintenance has to be improved. There is a green spot below our apartment which has not been filled for over a year now after a vehicle went over it.

There are cars... (Verified Renter) There are cars in the parking lot that has NO Stickers in the window. There are cars that have NO LP and have been sitting in the saw spot for months. Half of the speed bumps are gone. The property had gone down a lot. There is a lot of potential for this property.

I think my... (Verified Renter) I think my apartment is nice but the parking is a major issue for me. There isn't much free/visitor parking and seems to be an excess of paid/covered parking so you are almost forced to pay for a covered spot if you want a guaranteed parking spot in your own apartment complex. Also, there isn't much security on the property. Prior to us getting a second covered parking spot, my boyfriend would always have issues finding an open free spot because he gets off later in the evening and all the spo... read more

Do Not Live Here!! Lived at Legacy for 4 yrs. The Manager Vanessa & the Office staff is rude, argumentive, combative & unprofessional. They don't fulfill maintenance work orders or upkeep the apartments & overcharge you because of all of the vacancies. There is never enough parking for guests, & even though I pay $45/mo. people park in my spot often or park over the line so I can't get into my spot. Maintenance entered my apartment without notice. The tenants are loud, running back & forth. vacuuming after midnight, screamin... read more

Dude, where do I park my car?? First, PARKING is a HUGE issue! The management at Legacy even knows it's an issue and use that fact to UP SELL you additional parking space for garages and carports (all extra fees). Carports at other nearby apartments are included in the rent (and the monthly rent is even cheaper), but here you have to pay extra for it. Plus, many residents own multiple cars, combined with guests who take prime parking spaces while residents have to trek across the large complex with their groceries and childr... read more

Has its ups and downs, but mostly downs Lived there almost a year, I couldn't live there anymore and terminated my lease as soon as I had the funds to do so. Pros: We were able to secure a good rate (but there's more...) Covered parking (at $40 per spot per month) They have a gym, two pools, washer and dryers, as well as a little area with a huge screen for movies and pool. Spacious, loved having an island and loved the size of the one bedroom. Like having Valet Trash (at $25 a month I believe) Cons: After all the taxes, fee... read more

Layouts are great but they are falling apart It's been problem after problem since moving in. We've had to have our carpets replaced, air conditioner replaced, faucets, roof repairs, windows, leaks/flooding/ wood rot....the list goes on. And this has all been under a year. They've been really good about replacing things after some emails but, definitely NOT AT ALL worth what we pay in rent. Comparatively speaking to the other properties in the neighborhood, the rent is just too high. I will say this though; the property mana... read more
