Exit Review It has been a pleasure being here at the Ledges for the last 3 years. the maintenance and office staff have been excellent with their responses to each requests we have made. Due to health issues of my sister, we have elected to go to another facility for her and I will be moving to Pawcatuck to be closer to my daughter and her family. Not a bad place to live. A bit overpriced, but nice enough.
***** I have only compliments to staff and maintence, but these are quite expensive.
Apartment Great place
Great maintenance Great maintenance response whenever needed.
High rent rates Very high rent rates compared to all other conplexes in the town. The amenities are barely used by residents.
Really, this place is only so-so. It's just too expensive and all of the appliances are just so out dated.
Nothing works There is always something wrong
The Property Manager needs to be fired The Property Manager is extremely rude.
