Same same Ok apt. Staff is ok, parking for building 111 is horrendous. No consideration for older residents. Maintenance staff parks in fire lane, IN FRONT OF DOORS. Food trucks and pool party’s are not ok when the dumpster can not be emptied on weekends, when garbage piles up.

Best in Groton Best complex to live at in Groton. Excellent, fast speed maintenance team has fixed a couple issues such as A/C breaking, and one Broken electrical breaker within a few hours of the problems occuring! The staff is always plenty helpful in all situations such as transferring to a larger apartment for a growing family, or getting a storage unit here in the ledges for only 50$ a month vice the 250$ a month you'll spend for the same size unit at Uhaul or other local storage. Exit Review It has been a pleasure being here at the Ledges for the last 3 years. the maintenance and office staff have been excellent with their responses to each requests we have made. Due to health issues of my sister, we have elected to go to another facility for her and I will be moving to Pawcatuck to be closer to my daughter and her family. Nice place. Not nice property manager Overall, complex is very nice. Units are nice, spacious, and relatively updated. Rent skyrocketed in the Spring of 2021 by about 30% pretty much forcing current residents to move out. Property manager is just money hungry and won't work with you on anything. Try not to deal with her, otherwise it won't go anywhere.

Ledges Review Over priced apartments. Staff is friendly but completely incompetent. The best part about the place is the maintenance man and the convenient location to where I have to work
