Very Nice This has been a very nice place to live. The 3 bedroom townhouse type apartment is very clean and the kitchen is amazing. The office staff is always friendly and are helpful in many ways beyond the normal. They add a human touch to the normal rental company.

Home I've lived here for one year and am resigning to stay for another. I love my apartment because it has an in unit washer and dryer, centeral air conditioning and was built with durable, quality materials. The applicances work well, everything is easy to clean and the apartment is the perfect amount of space. If anything does break, the mainenance team solves the issues quickly.

Decent place Decent place, could have better parking and neighbors can be heard through walls, but not bad. Great location, right near everything. A bit expensive but not too bad. Lowish energy costs is great.

Okay We have lived here for two years and only have 14 months more before we relocate out of the area. We loved everything at first but realized they are quick to build up services and amenities but do not uphold them. They have also significantly increased our rent twice in a row now. We ended up re-signing this last time just because we don't want to have to move an extra time before our next relocation. They did end up reducing the second increase to make it more doable.
