The Ledges Experience Honestly, ever since I moved here I have had no complains about the place. The apartment and location are both really nice. If anything, an elevator would be greatly appreciated. I've never had to deal with excesive noise. Snow is removed as much as possible during/after a winter storm. Fitness center is actually okay if you aren't looking for a specific work-out. Amazing Place to Live The Ledges is an amazing place to live. The staff is friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the sense of community is palpable. Highly recommended for those seeking the apartments.
Parking and cost There is this abandoned motorcycle that's been parked there without use for the last two years. Cost are only going up but nothing in the facility has changed.
Great Place The Ledges is a great place to live with wonderful ammenties thaf make the price worth it. Right in the midst of Groton, it makes it super easy to get right onto I-95.
Long time resident's review I've lived at the ledges for approximately 7 years now. I would not have stayed for so long if the staff weren't great, the apartments weren't well maintained, and the community wasn't filled with great residents. Cost of living is definitely something that is on most people's minds nowadays, and although the rent price was reasonable when I first moved in, it has gotten a little more hefty in recent years.

Great place to call home The location is the best—close to stores, banks, etc. The apartments are large and comfortable; every bedroom has a full bathroom. Maintenance is top-notch with fast and efficient service. Cons include the price and insufficient parking spots. I would recommend it.
