happy here The Ledges property is clean, beautiful, and safe! The maintenance group is amazingly quick to respond. People here are friendly. I've been here 10 months and will renew lease.
Staff and people The staff , especially heather have been great!! Any questions we had we received prompted answers! We will miss the staff.

Great Residence Choice The management and the maintenance crews have a very high standard of performance. This is very much home and not just a residence to me. Concerns are addressed in a timely fashion and maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and almost never requires a repeat visit for same issue ! Excellent service.
Rating We have enjoyed being at The Ledges - The pluses are Great friendly staff / Great location / Immediate attention to issues The Downside Parking is Limited - There are more cars than spaces - we often find ourselves parking a distance from the unit, which means lugging groceries Dated Unit - For price point - we are definitely over paying - windows are not efficient, dated appliances, formica countertops( I didn't know there were still around) , Lesser quality wall paint that scuffs if you brush against a wall. Great place This place is a bit pricey, but the location is great and the maintenance team doing great job.
Over priced Over priced, lots of issues in surrounding units and the office staff does not always address issues.
Nice place. Not nice property manager Overall, complex is very nice. Units are nice, spacious, and relatively updated. Rent skyrocketed in the Spring of 2021 by about 30% pretty much forcing current residents to move out. Property manager is just money hungry and won't work with you on anything. Try not to deal with her, otherwise it won't go anywhere.
