Renters Review Love the property and pool. In the townhomes, garage is great and noise levels are low for the most part. For the price, the units should be updated with hard wood floors, nice counter tops/cabinets and appliances and the bathrooms should be updated. Rent is pricey to not have top of the line floors, kitchen and bathrooms.
Love The Ledges! Maintenance team cannot be beat-- from the very first day living here, they have been the fastest and most responsive staff of any building I've ever lived in. Everything here is clean-- the hallways, the gym, the pool-- and gives residents the basics of good apartment living. I have a two bedroom unit with the least upgraded furnishings and despite not being flashy, they're all in good shape. It's also super spacious. Would recommend for sure!
